Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Continually seek opportunities to increase production, enhance the CCM brand, and bolster the company's reputation in the local market.• Lead, manage, and train loan officers, providing essential support to employees within the region.
• Monitor branch productivity and performance, reporting to the executive team as required.
• Recruit new loan officers, participate in branch manager calls, and engage in sales and marketing training.
• Explore innovative marketing and prospecting methods to reach potential clients and referral partners.
• Ensure origination activities comply with federal and state laws, maintaining zero tolerance for fraud and upholding CCM standards within the region.
• Build strong relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community to attract new business.
• Manage customer interactions for seamless transactions with borrowers ensuring the highest level of service throughout their mortgage journey.
• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
Competencies:
• Strong Leadership Capabilities• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
• Excellent customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment to ensure strict time restrictions are met
• Maintain an active MLO license with the NMLS and state. Follow all requirements of the SAFE Act.
Education:
• High School Diploma or GEDExperience:
