As a Mortgage Systems Support Representative, you will assist users with mortgage system-related issues, working closely with other departments to identify and resolve problems. Your role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting problems as they arise, utilizing a helpdesk ticketing system to track issues and document resolutions. Additionally, you will contribute to our knowledge base by documenting processes and solutions for future reference. You will also handle various administrative tasks and special projects, all while collaborating with a dedicated mortgage systems team that supports the end-to-end mortgage origination process.
